How does it work?
Part I
Students begin by reading or listening about the place they will be traveling to. They learn vocabulary and meaning through a variety of comprehension questions.
Part II
The mission begins! Gameplay involves heavy use of speaking and listening in English. Students refer to the reading/listening to solve puzzles and complete the mission successfully.
Part III
Students reflect on the mission and revise their learning. Reading passages and questions are reviewed to meet learning objectives. Reading or speaking homework is assigned.
